1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and INTEGRO ("INTEGRO," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of INTEGRO's digital exposure and protection platform, including our website at integroai.io, web application, mobile applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws or regulations
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from our Services for violations of these Terms
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
3. Description of Services
INTEGRO is a digital exposure and protection platform designed to help individuals and organizations discover, monitor, and reduce their digital risk. Our Services include:
- Digital Footprint Scanning: Automated scanning across search engines, social media, public databases, and other online sources to identify your digital presence.
- Data Breach Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of known data breaches and leaked credential databases.
- Dark Web Monitoring: Surveillance of dark web forums and marketplaces for exposed personal information.
- Risk Scoring: Automated calculation of your digital risk based on exposure severity and breadth.
- AI Security Assistant (GODEYES AI): An AI-powered chatbot providing personalized security advice and guidance.
- Third-Party Search: Authorized searches of publicly available information about third parties, subject to ethical review.
- Real-Time Alerts: Notifications when new exposures or breaches affecting your identities are detected.
- Identity Management: Tools to manage multiple personal or organizational identities for monitoring.
- Data Export: Ability to export your scan results and findings for personal records.
- Encrypted Messaging: End-to-end encrypted direct messaging between users with file sharing, read receipts, and online status indicators.
- Group Collaboration: Role-based group chat with admin controls, GFR (Group First Responder) roles, panic alerts, invite links, and member management.
- 24-Hour Status: WhatsApp-style status updates (text, image, video) that auto-expire after 24 hours with privacy controls and viewer tracking.
- KYC Verification: Optional identity verification through Sumsub to earn a publicly visible Verified Badge.
- Affiliate Program: Referral-based commission system allowing approved users to earn from new subscriber referrals.
- Business Management: Organization creation, team management with roles, candidate screening, and business audit logging.
- User Discovery: Profile system with discoverability controls, allowing users to find and connect with other INTEGRO users.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid subscribers.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
To access most features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. You agree to keep your account information updated at all times.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you
- Immediately notifying us at info@integroai.io of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach
We will never ask for your password via email or support channels. INTEGRO shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
4.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one account unless explicitly authorized under a Business or Enterprise plan. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations is prohibited.
5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
INTEGRO offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free Plan: 1 identity, 1 scan per month, basic breach checking, unlimited AI chat, encrypted messaging, wallet pay-per-scan at $2/scan.
- Starter Plan: 3 identities, 3 scans per month, KYC verification, Verified Badge, encrypted messaging, group chat, 24-hour statuses.
- Pro Plan: 5 identities, 10 scans per month, full breach database, dark web monitoring, third-party search, PDF export, all communication features.
- Business Plan: 15 identities, 25 scans per month, team access (10 users), candidate screening, organization management, priority support.
- Enterprise Plan: Unlimited identities and scans, unlimited team members, full API access, real-time monitoring, SLA guarantee, dedicated account manager.
- Ultimate Plan: All Enterprise features plus white-label options, custom integrations, and dedicated infrastructure.
5.2 Billing and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Flutterwave.
- All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
- You authorize INTEGRO to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a reasonable grace period.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.
5.4 Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances or as required by applicable law.
5.5 Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
6. Wallet and Pay-Per-Scan
- INTEGRO provides a wallet feature that allows you to fund your account and pay for additional scans beyond your plan's monthly allowance at $2.00 per scan.
- Wallet funds are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by applicable law.
- Wallet funds do not expire while your account remains active.
- Wallet funding is processed through Flutterwave and is subject to their payment terms.
- Upon account deletion, any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
7.1 Prohibited Conduct
- Monitor, track, or investigate individuals without lawful authority or legitimate purpose
- Use the Services for harassment, stalking, intimidation, or threatening behavior
- Submit false information, create fraudulent accounts, or impersonate others
- Attempt to access another user's account or personal data without authorization
- Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance or security of our Services
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features or restrictions
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access our Services without written authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our software
- Use the Services to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our Services without a valid agreement
7.2 Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or refund. We may also report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities.
8. Third-Party Search Policy
INTEGRO's Third-Party Search feature allows authorized users to search for publicly available information about other individuals. This feature is subject to strict ethical requirements:
- You must have a legitimate and lawful purpose for each search
- You must provide a detailed justification and declare your relationship to the search subject
- You must agree to all seven (7) ethical consent declarations before a search is processed
- Searches are subject to automated ethical review; requests that fail review will be denied
- You agree not to use search results for harassment, stalking, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose
- You accept full responsibility for how you use the information obtained
INTEGRO reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke third-party search access for any user who violates these requirements.
9. AI Services and Limitations
9.1 GODEYES AI Assistant
Our AI-powered security assistant provides general security guidance, answers questions, and offers recommendations based on your scan results and security context.
9.2 Limitations of AI
- AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
- AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, cybersecurity, or otherwise)
- You should independently verify any critical information or recommendations provided by the AI
- INTEGRO is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations
9.3 AI Data Usage
Conversations with the AI assistant are stored securely and associated with your account. We may use anonymized and aggregated AI interaction data to improve our Services. Your personally identifiable information is not used to train third-party AI models.
10. Encrypted Messaging & Communication
10.1 Messaging Service
INTEGRO provides encrypted direct messaging between registered users. Messages are encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption before storage.
10.2 User Conduct in Messaging
- You may only send messages to users whose privacy settings permit it
- You must not use messaging for spam, harassment, threats, or any illegal purpose
- You must not share another user's private messages without their consent
- File attachments must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy — no malware, illegal content, or copyrighted material
10.3 Message Privacy
While messages are encrypted at rest, INTEGRO is not a zero-knowledge system. We may access message content when required by law, court order, or to investigate reported abuse or violations of these Terms.
10.4 Blocking and Reporting
Users may control who can message them through privacy settings (Everyone, Verified Only, Nobody). Users who violate messaging policies may have their messaging privileges suspended or revoked.
11. Group Chat & Collaboration
11.1 Group Creation and Ownership
Any registered user may create groups. The creating user becomes the group Owner with full administrative privileges. Ownership may be transferred to another member.
11.2 Roles and Permissions
Groups support the following roles: Owner, Admin, GFR (Group First Responder), CTO (Chief Technology Officer), Moderator, and Member. Group Owners and Admins may assign roles, manage members, and configure group settings.
11.3 Panic Alerts
Groups may enable a Panic Alert feature that allows any member to trigger an emergency notification to all Admins and GFR members. Panic alerts may include optional location data voluntarily provided by the triggering user. This feature is intended for genuine emergency situations only. Misuse of panic alerts may result in account suspension.
11.4 Member Management
- Admins may add, remove, mute, or ban members
- Banned users cannot rejoin the group via invite links
- Users who leave voluntarily cannot rejoin via invite links (they must be re-added by an admin)
- Removed users may rejoin if re-invited by an admin
11.5 Group Deletion
Only the group Owner may permanently delete a group. Deletion removes all messages, member records, and associated data.
12. Status System
12.1 Status Updates
INTEGRO allows you to post text, image, or video status updates that are visible to your contacts for 24 hours before automatic deletion.
12.2 Content Restrictions
- Status content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy
- You must not post illegal, abusive, threatening, or sexually explicit content
- You must not post copyrighted material without authorization
- Media files are limited to 50MB per status
12.3 Privacy Controls
You may set status privacy to Everyone, Contacts Only (users with existing direct message conversations), or Nobody. Contacts Only statuses are visible only to users with whom you have an active conversation.
12.4 View Tracking
When you view another user's status, your identity and viewing time are recorded and visible to the status creator. By viewing statuses, you consent to this tracking.
13. Identity Verification (KYC)
13.1 Verification Process
INTEGRO offers optional KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification through our partner, Sumsub. Upon successful verification, you receive a publicly visible Verified Badge.
13.2 Third-Party Processing
By initiating KYC verification, you consent to sharing your identity documents and biometric data with Sumsub for processing. Sumsub's processing is governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service. INTEGRO does not store copies of your identity documents.
13.3 Verified Badge
- The Verified Badge indicates that you have successfully completed identity verification
- The badge is publicly visible to other INTEGRO users
- Each badge has a unique verification URL that third parties can use to confirm your verification status
- INTEGRO may revoke badges if verification is found to be fraudulent
13.4 Eligibility
KYC verification is available to users on Starter plans and above. Some features may require KYC verification to access.
14. Affiliate Program
14.1 Enrollment
The INTEGRO Affiliate Program is available by application. Approval is at INTEGRO's sole discretion. Approved affiliates receive a unique referral code and link.
14.2 Commissions
- Affiliates earn a commission on the first payment made by referred users (rate determined by affiliate tier)
- Recurring commissions may apply to ongoing subscription renewals (rate determined by affiliate tier)
- Commissions are tracked automatically and visible in your affiliate dashboard
- Commission rates may be adjusted with 30 days' notice
14.3 Payouts
- Payouts are processed through Flutterwave or bank transfer based on your selected payout method
- Minimum payout thresholds may apply
- You are responsible for reporting affiliate income for tax purposes
14.4 Prohibited Practices
- Self-referrals (referring your own accounts) are prohibited
- Misleading advertising or false claims about INTEGRO are prohibited
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive marketing practices will result in immediate affiliate termination
- INTEGRO reserves the right to withhold commissions and terminate affiliate accounts for policy violations
15. Business & Organization Features
15.1 Organization Accounts
INTEGRO allows users to create and manage business organizations for team-based security operations, candidate screening, and KYC management.
15.2 Team Management
- Organization owners may invite team members by email and assign roles (Viewer, Security Analyst, HR Manager, Admin)
- Team members have access to organization data based on their assigned role
- Organization owners are responsible for their team members' use of the Services
15.3 Candidate Screening
- Organizations may submit candidates for identity screening and KYC verification
- Organizations must have lawful authority to screen submitted candidates
- Candidate data is accessible only to authorized organization members
- KYC verification for candidates is billed separately and processed through Sumsub
15.4 Audit Logging
All significant actions within a business account are logged for accountability. Audit logs are accessible to organization admins and are retained for up to 2 years.
16. Intellectual Property
10.1 INTEGRO's Rights
All content, features, functionality, software, designs, trademarks, service marks, logos, and data compilations forming part of our Services are the exclusive property of INTEGRO or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or authorized internal business purposes.
10.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Services
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer access to our Services
10.4 Your Content
You retain ownership of the data and information you submit to our Services. By using our Services, you grant INTEGRO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
17. User Data and Privacy
Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.
You represent that all identities and personal data you submit for monitoring are either your own or that you have lawful authorization to monitor such information.
18. Data Accuracy and Limitations
12.1 No Guarantee of Completeness
While we scan numerous data sources, we cannot guarantee detection of every exposure, breach, or piece of publicly available information related to your identities.
12.2 Data Source Limitations
Information provided through our Services is sourced from publicly available data and third-party breach databases. We do not independently verify the accuracy of all data from these sources. Results may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or false positives.
12.3 Not Professional Advice
Our Services, including risk scores and AI-generated recommendations, are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.
19. API Access and Usage
Users on eligible plans may access our API, subject to the following conditions:
- API usage is subject to rate limits and quotas based on your API subscription tier
- API keys are confidential and must not be shared, published, or embedded in client-side code
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API keys
- We reserve the right to suspend or revoke API access for abuse or violation of these Terms
- API data may not be cached, redistributed, or used to build competing services without written authorization
20. Disclaimers
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INTEGRO disclaims all warranties, including:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scan results or findings
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
- Any warranty that defects will be corrected or that our infrastructure is free of harmful components
21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEGRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
- Cost of procurement of substitute services
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Damages arising from AI-generated content or recommendations
INTEGRO's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to INTEGRO in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
22. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INTEGRO and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to or use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights)
- Your use of third-party search features to monitor individuals without proper authorization
- Any content or data you submit to the Services
- Your use or misuse of API access or API keys
- Your use of messaging, group chat, or status features to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Misuse of the panic alert feature
- Fraudulent KYC verification attempts
- Violations of the Affiliate Program terms
- Unauthorized candidate screening or misuse of business features
23. Termination
17.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting us at info@integroai.io.
17.2 Termination by INTEGRO
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, non-payment of fees, or discontinuation of our Services.
17.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease
- We will delete your account data within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Remaining wallet balances will be forfeited
- API keys will be immediately revoked
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 14, 15, 16, 18, and 19) will continue to apply
24. Dispute Resolution
18.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@integroai.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days.
18.2 Binding Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in your jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
18.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
18.4 Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent or irreparable harm.
25. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them or our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise agreed.
26. General Provisions
20.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and INTEGRO regarding the Services.
20.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20.3 Waiver
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
20.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. INTEGRO may assign these Terms without restriction.
20.5 Force Majeure
INTEGRO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or pandemics.
20.6 Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
20.7 Notices
We may send notices to you via email, in-app notifications, or by posting on our website. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
